The Staying Practice is rooted in presence, honesty, and reconnection with lived experience.

This work tends to resonate with people who have learned to function well on the outside while feeling effortful, disconnected, or overextended on the inside.

For a long time, I survived by leaving.

Leaving discomfort.
Leaving difficult emotions.
Leaving my body.
Leaving relationships when staying felt too vulnerable.

Those strategies once made sense. They helped me cope and move forward. Over time, they also kept me disconnected from myself, from others, and from the places where real healing happens.

The Staying Practice is about learning another way.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It unfolds through relationship, reflection, and time.
